These two DLL files were just a couple of the infections that I found on a customer’s PC today using Hitman Pro while booted in safe mode. The customer’s complaint was that Internet Explorer would freeze while he was in their web app. Before getting to the point where I wanted to run Hitman Pro, I uninstalled all of the toolbars that the customer had inadvertantly installed. Let’s talk about computer security. I’ll list a few things here that you should be doing regularly to keep your computer safe and sound. Perform regular backups. Periodically scan your computer for viruses, spyware, and other malware. Keep your Operating System up to date. Avoid opening email/attachments from people you do not know.
